INTECH One is a modern, 4-story, Class A building of institutional quality that was completed in 2000. The building is situated on Digital Way, adjacent to INTECH Two, near the front of INTECH Park, with extensive visibility and frontage along I-465.  The building has an attractive curved exterior with dryvit and glass panels.  Interior finishes within the two-story entry lobby include travertine flooring, upgraded wallcoverings and a combination of metal and wood paneling.  Suspended curved metal panels in the entry lobby with partially exposed metal decking provide a modern and sophisticated feel.  The second floor lobby has a curved balcony over the entry lobby which gives visitors a feeling of openness upon entering the building.  The rear of the building has an outside patio that faces the landscaped retention pond.

Amenities located within INTECH One include a cafeteria-style deli with a large seating area overlooking the pond to the rear of the building, a vending area for tenants and a conference center which serves tenants of INTECH One, Two & Three.  An electronic tenant directory is located on the first floor. The building is also served by card access security.

INTECH One has a small loading dock area that serves both INTECH One and Two.  In 2008, a new dock facility was added for the exclusive use of the U.S. Customs.
